Business Policies

Retail Purchases
  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns on retail items and all retail sales are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
  • Gift cards are redeemable for goods and services at all Maggie Valley Wellness locations. All gift card purchases are non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. All gift cards expire one year from their purchase date.
Arrival and Intake Forms
  • Please arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment start time. 
  • A health intake form is required for all new clients and will be sent to your email for completion. You may also access and submit the form by visiting our homepage online.
Appointment Cancellation / No-Show Policies
  • For parties of 1-2 people, 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount. 
  • For parties of 3 or more people, 72 hours notice. If you or any members of your party cancel within 72 hours, or do not arrive for your appointments, you will be charged the full amount for any affected appointments.
Class / Workshop Cancellation Policies
  • All classes and workshops require full payment of the attendance fee in order to secure your attendance to the event. You may reserve online, or call us if you are having difficulty.
  • 7 day 50% cancellation notice. If you need to cancel your reservation for an event, you may do so with a full refund outside of seven days of the event date. If within 7 days, the studio will return 50% of the stated event price.
  • Same day/no shows. If you cancel the day of the  event, or do not attend, the studio will keep 100% of the attendance fee.
