Ayurveda (life)(study) and Yoga (union) are sister sciences birthed at the same time as complementary Vedic practices with a similar goal of finding inner stillness and ultimately Self-realization. Both practices emphasize creating a Sattvic environment for the body, mind, and emotions, as a way to deepen our connection with the divine within. If you have been practicing yoga asana for many years but still feel like you need a boost to advance further on the path, the principles of Ayurveda can unlock knowledge to greater balance + ease.
In this weekend, experience how Ayurveda can elevate your yoga practice and provide you with more tools for vitality, longevity + equanimity.
